Urban Entertainment and Gaming Complex Preliminary Proposal
We are proposing to build an Urban Entertainment and Gaming Complex in a joint venture with the State of Minnesota, a consortium of Minnesota Tribes and a yet to be named, host city.
The Urban Entertainment and Gaming Complex would be a cooperative venture of the previous mentioned parties and fall under the direction of the Minnesota State Lottery. The immediate supervision would be from the Director of the Minnesota State Lottery.
